Looking for paid recording work rather than a job with us? That is the Capture Partner page →

Careers

Build the capture layer for physical AI.

We turn egocentric video of real physical work into annotated training data for humanoid and VLA models, and we build it in India. The reference clip's annotation is published in full with its SHA-256: read the work before you write to us.

The company

What you would actually be joining

Stated the same way we state it to buyers, because a candidate deserves the same numbers a Commissioning lab gets.

The engine

An engine whose output you can read in full

The reference clip ran through the engine to an FH-Ego v1 file: 1,843 frames measured, both hands tracked. Read its output on the Reference clip page before you decide whether you want to work on it.

Capture Partners

Paid direct, from a floor

Capture Partner pay: from ₹229/hr of accepted capture, paid directly by UPI. Recruitment, device logistics and the QA loop are the work here. To record for us yourself, see the Capture Partner page.

The position

What we compete on

We compete on verifiable provenance, where every clip we deliver is cut from a Recording that carries a consent receipt, and on bespoke capture at an Indian cost structure.

Applying

How to apply

Email us at our careers address. Include a link to something you built, and tell us what you would change first on the reference clip page, and why.

A person reads every application. Emails without a link to your work, or sent in bulk, go to a separate folder that we read last. A short, specific note beats a long, general one.

What to send

A link to your work (GitHub, LinkedIn, X or your own site), a CV if you have one, and a few paragraphs on what you would build. Start the subject with Application: and your name.

What happens next

A person reads it, and any reply comes from that person rather than a tracking system.

How we interview

We do not ask job candidates for unpaid trial work, and we do not run take-home exercises longer than an evening. Any exercise we set comes with what it is meant to show.
